Emergencies

Emergencies can happen. Please do NOT wait for me to return your call, day or night. Please immediately call 911 or have someone take you to the nearest emergency room. We'll be in touch.

Cancellations

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You must call my office at 410.261.3323 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a full fee charge for cancelling or rescheduling for any reason.

Contacting Me

I prefer to speak with clients by phone. When leaving messages on my voicemail, please repeat your phone number a couple of times. Callers don't often know when their mobile phone is not leaving clear messages, and leaving your number twice gives the best chance of my returning your call.

Insurance

I am not on any medical insurance panels, which means that I do not accept insurance. I will give you a receipt upon your request so you can try to get reimbursement through your out-of-network medical insurance policy. Please call your insurance provider to learn about their reimbursement policy.

Your Privacy

Your records and information are confidential. Your written consent, or a guardian's, is required to share records and information unless a medical/psychiatric emergency or subpoena requires release.
